Disable "Recovered Deleted Items" or "Dumpster" from OWA in Exchange 2000

Look in:  C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\exchweb\controls
For files:  dlg_Options20.js  and  vw_Message20.js 
Where you find the text:  cmd=showdeleted&btnClose=1
Replace the JavaScript+URL with "\na.htm"
Create na.htm in the root of your OWA site
Add a message to na.htm explaining this fuction is disabled

To see the dumpster (Recover Deleted Items) for any folder visit...
/exchange/[username]/[folder]/?cmd=showdeleted&btnClose=1
